Welcome to Facility Online Requests and Reservations
1. Picnic Shelters at the following locations are available for online purchase: Blind Pass Beach, Bee Ridge Park, Caspersen Beach, Colonial Oaks Park, Higel Park, Indian Mound Park, Legacy Park, Lemon Bay Park, Lime Lake Park, Longwood Park, Manasota Beach, Newtown Estates Park, North Jetty Park, Rothenbach Park, Shamrock Park, T. Mabry Carlton Reserve, Urfer Family Park and Woodmere Park. Reservations are not issued for weekend shelter rentals after Wednesdays of the same week.
2. Rooms and some open spaces are available for online requests only.
3. Athletics fields cannot be requested online. For reservations, email [email protected] or call 941-861-7275 to request an Athletic Field Request Form.
4. Search for your facility by using the search options below.
5. Allow up to 2 days for processing or up to 5 days for athletic fields request processing.
6. Click on the time block below the facility to submit your request or to book your reservation.
7. You will be asked to log in or create an account to process your request or purchase.
